The twittering, the pictures, all of your words remind me of being back around the beltway. I'm in a political vacuum where I live now. I loved seeing those comments throughout the convention. (the Kennedy and Oprah comments? Nearly had a laptop shower!) My husband was looking through the Flickr pictures and asked "Was she that close or is her lens that powerful?" I've been looking at your pictures for a year or so now, and I told him you're a fantastic photographer, but I suspect that you were darn close for all of those shots. I should send you a good bottle of wine or two for sharing and letting some of us live vicariously. Thank you!
