Once when I was attempting to “body surf” (more like Flail Around A Lot) in Hawaii I was thrown into the shore and hit my shoulder so hard that I bruised it. It was actually sort of awesome, except I was picking sand out of my butt for the next three days. Um, yeah. That was a total overshare but I feel OK about it.
