I think I need to make a list of 10 great things about social isolation. heh.

This is a list I could benefit from doing.

A couple of years ago, I realized that it IS practical to try to be positive. I have to work at it, because I always naturally default to my world-is-ending setting, but it helps me to see paths both through and around things. Being positive can be a creative act of problem solving.

Of course, I am sick to my stomach today over the excessive melting found in the Arctic, because, you know, we’re all going to drown.

Great post, Heather. I know how hard it is to look on the bright side sometimes when your mind is so caught up in other things — but it’s really important. And it looks like making this list caused you to put some thought into what you’re happy about, which never hurts!
